Nice base for exploring Ourense. Brand-new hotel in a nice enough area of Ourense. Modern and well laid out room with a private bathroom. New facilities there. A train station close to the property.

Good experience, great base for one night. Clean accommodation, very very helpful staff. New-fashioned & comfy room, with climate control, multi-channel television, and a writing desk. Clean, excellent bathroom. New building, ideal location very close to España as well as bus stations.

Not so great views.

This hip new hotel offers a lot of well-organised rooms. It has unbeatable, magnificent setting, just off the river and the Milennia Bridge as well as the city center.

The hotel was nicely decorated and quiet, and the staff were excellent, liked the easy location near train and bus stations, and the river. The breakfast was savoury and had plenty of meals. The stay was absolutely fine.

The location was convenient - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Btw, went to city center, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent with high-quality amenities. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. As foreign tourists, we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and the modern amenities provided.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel’s location is great if you are travelling by train, and it’s close to the cultural heart of the city. The hotel staff is friendly and professional, offering flexible check-in/check-out times. the cleanliness of the hotel and the modernity of the room were remarkable.

The noise from the street outside was noticeable, which made it a bit hard to sleep at night, and the doors of the bathroom and balcony were difficult to close.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were its cleanliness, location really close to the train station and the Miño River path, and the friendly staff. The hotel facilities were modern and comfortable. Transportation was easy, and there was parking available. Additionally, the breakfast was satisfying.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, making it easy to catch early departures or arrivals. there are plenty of natural hot springs nearby, allowing for a relaxing evening stroll. The modern and clean rooms ensure a comfortable stay.

The noise level from both outside and other rooms can be quite loud at night, which can make it difficult for light sleepers to get a good night's rest.

The rooms at Hotel Alda Estación Ourense are so cozy and comfortable, it feels like a home away from home! I loved having a private bathroom with a bath or shower, and the hairdryer was a lifesaver. The TV and air conditioning made my stay even more enjoyable. The terrace and balcony in certain rooms were a pleasant surprise, adding an extra touch of relaxation.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the desk in the room. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure some guests would find it useful.

The staff was so kind to communicate with me when I arrived after hours. They even gave me codes to enter! The location is great, close to the train station and the Miño River path. I enjoyed a lovely walk and saw hot springs.

Noisy mornings and a preference for vacuuming instead of using the lift. So considerate!

Weak shower.

Great location just a stone's throw from the bus station and within walking distance to the city center. Room was very clean and comfortable, with a TV that worked perfectly and good ventilation.

The noise level in the morning was quite high due to cleaning staff banging on doors and using the vacuum cleaner outside the room. the staff at the reception could use some training in customer service.
